Asset based financing is thousands of years old, but today’s economy calls for a new more creative approach. We help companies and individuals achieve financing through traditional methods, as well asprovide a variety of services that allow us to have the flexibility to develop a customized lending plan using publicly traded stock as collateral. Whether you need financing for your company or have personal liquidity needs, We will find a way to help you receive proper financing. We structure our offerings so that we achieve financial success when theissuer achieves financial success. Issuers and borrowers can cross-collateralize their assets and a loan can be approved in days. While we analyze both financial and legal risk before approval, we make sure that the financing is based on the quality of the collateral, rather than the quality of the business. Therefore, even a issuer or borrower with poor credit history may qualify for a loan. While asset-based lenders typically charge higher interest rates than traditional lenders, as an independent fund we can arrange terms that are more creative and potentially more favorable to the issuer or borrower. As offshore fund, based in Costa Rica, that has the ability to help issuers and individuals receive financing through a variety of methods. Our team has over 40 combined years of experience in financial consulting, including: investment banking, lending, and in the public markets. Our goal is to best serve our clients through our extended network of financial professionals and to help our clients achieve the financial success they desire. Alternative Types of Financing A) Indirect Primary Offering- In which the issuer has the ability to secure up to $50 Million in financing through an offering of their registered shares.
